BUYER CASH REFUND FAQ

Q. How do I qualify for this cash back program?
 

A. You qualify once you contact us to purchase a property and also sign a Buyer's Agent Agreement, which allows us to pursue properties on your behalf.

Once we locate a property for you we will schedule the viewing, show you the property and then work with you to provide an educated and reasonable offer on the property that you choose.


Q. How does the Partners Cash Back program work?


A.  When you purchase real estate through Partners, you will receive 20% of the commission that we are due to receive at closing.  So, if the property that you purchased was sold to you at $300,000.00 and the commission that we were to receive was 4% of the purchase price, then you would receive $2,400.00 at closing.


Q.  Is this program open to all real estate?


A. Yes.  No matter what type of real estate you are looking for, our program will afford you Cash Back at closing.


Q.  I just drove by a property with a real estate sign, but that firm does not offer cash back at closing; can you assist me with the purchase of this property?


A. Yes. As long as you do not have a Buyer's Broker Agreement with another firm, then we can contact the Brokerage Firm that listed that property and work for you.  We will then become your Buyer' Agent and represent you and only you.  Once you close on the property, then you will receive the Cash Back from Partners.


Q. I plan are purchasing a property, but the price is $149,000.00; does this effect my cash back amount?


A. Yes. In order to qualify for 20% of our commission, the property must be priced higher than $150,000.00.  If the property is at or less than this amount, then you will still receive $200.00 cash back at closing.


Q.  What can I do with the Cash Back I receive from Partners?


A. You can do whatever you please.  If you want the money to be credited to your closing costs, then you will just need to let us know, so that we can make arrangements with the closing attorney.  If you want the amount provided back to you, then you will receive a check from us within 7 business days of the closing. Buy that new big screen TV or install new flooring.  It is entirely up to you!


Q. How do I get started?


A.  Contact me at 617-877-0945 or 781-974-9189.  I will fax or email you the Buyer's Broker Agreement, which you will sign and send back to me.  You will then let me know the type of property, location criteria and price range that you want for your property.  I will then begin the search and provide you with the properties that match your criteria.  If any of the properties are of interest, then we will schedule a time to view the premises.

A. Yes.  We provide free access to the Northeasts Largest Multiple Listing Service, which you can access by clicking
