This opportunity is open to all licensed and experienced agents and brokers in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut.
We are offering all of our experienced sales force 80% of the commission received from any type of property listed and sold by that associate.
If you answer Yes to the following questions, then we want you on our Team!
1.) Are you currently licensed in real estate and is your real estate license in good standing? 2.) Do you have more than one full year of real estate sales experience? 3.) Have you sold more than 5 properties within the last two years? 4.) Do you know how to complete an Offer to Purchase, present an offer, complete a Purchase and Sale Agreement, negotiate pricing for your client? 5.) Are you a self-starter, motivated and able to work independently? 6.) Do you want to receive 80% of the commission earned from the sale of the property?

Most brokerage firms provide their agents with 30% to 50% of the commission earned for their hard work on completing a sale.
As a licensed and experienced associate, working for Partners, you will be earning 80% of the total commission earned from the sale of a property.
In order for us to provide this large commission back to you, you will be responsible for purchasing your signs, business cards, MLS subscriptions, EO Insurance Dues, marketing material and advertising.
We ask that you utilize your experience to its fullest. We will be here for you, but it is up to you to be motivated to earn your 80% commission.
Here is a comparison of what you will earn through Partners compared to other Real Estate Firms:
You list and sell a property and the total commission due to Partners is $40,000.00:
Through another real estate firm, you could possibly earn 50% of the total commission, which would be a commission to you in the amount of $20,000.00.
Through Partners, you will earn 80% of the total commission, which would be a commission to you in the amount of $32,000.00.
By working for Partners, you have earned $12,000.00 more in commission, than you would have working for another real estate firm.
